Hotel Welcome is the oldest running hospitality establishment of Janakpur with over four decades of experience. The hotel is located centrally and we have had the pleasure and experience in conducting numerous successful workshops, seminars, residential programs and hosting dignitaries. We have 39 rooms, 4 conference/banquet halls, 1 restaurant and have disabled friendly options like lift and ramp facility. Conferences/Meeting facilities I. The hotel has three air-conditioned halls a. Uday Hall – Located on top floor with washroom facility in hall and can accommodate 100-150 participants b. Sufal Hall – Located on ground floor with adjoining separate dining area and a dedicated washroom for disabled. The hall can accommodate 50-70 participants. c. Board room hall – Located on first floor for small meeting or can be used as breakout room. Can accommodate 20 to 30 participants. II. Seating arrangement can be made as per guidance from organizer III. Audio visual system (projector, screen,cordless mic and speaker) IV. Stage and podium (except in board room hall) and moderation material. V. Printing and copying facility is available at reception upon request and prior information. C.
